Compensation $110,000.00 -$140,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp./Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a strong leader to oversee our Remote Consulting (CSRC) team for the NAM region. CSRC is a strong team of individuals that support our customers, partners and internal OneStream teams, both during their implementations and for the post-implementation experience. In addition to managing the day-to-day activities of the NAM team contributors, the Manager, Remote Consulting will serve as an escalation point for the team as they resolve issues, provide guidance on projects and application reviews, and collaborate with the CSRC Management team to execute strategic goals as they relate to CSRC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the Remote Consulting team members by developing skillsets, monitoring individual growth, and performing semi-annual reviews
• Provide team members with the opportunity to meet one-to-one with Manager and conduct team ‘Office Hours’
• Review tickets in the CSRC queue and provide guidance when needed
• Remote Consulting Team Manager will oversee and provide guidance and support to CSRC Team Members on Application Reviews
• Oversee strategic projects and/or Application reviews
• Provide project status updates to the Senior Director, CSRC
• Review SOWs with the Senior Director, CSRC
• Remote Consulting Team Manager will be required to develop and update process documentation
• Create and update learning materials (i.e. KB articles, lunch & learns, training paths, etc.)
• Support CSRC Technical Manager and Developers
• Use CSRC reporting metrics to help manage department goals and objectives

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Formal Education and Certification

• Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, CIS, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience consulting for software implementations
• A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology)
• Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:
  • OneStream XF
  • SAP Outlooksoft BPC
  • SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
  • HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
  • FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream
  • Hyperion Planning
  • Hyperion Essbase
  • IBM Cognos
  • Or other EPM solutions.

Knowledge and Experience

• OneStream Software Consulting experience would be desirable
• SQL, VB.Net or similar coding experience is preferred
• Understanding, analyzing, and articulating common business processes and decisions to develop easy-to-use customer solutions
• Financial Skills (in-depth understanding of financial concepts, intercompany eliminations, General Ledgers, debits, credits, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
• Ability to manage project deliverables and complete multiple tasks on time with specific requirements
• Work experience in leadership role or Management position in a similar capacity or industry
• Experience working with leadership in a corporate environment
