Data Analytics Freelancer

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Freelancer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for projects related to:

• Data Extraction and Automation: Streamlining data collection processes and automating tasks to ensure efficient data flow.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Unveiling insights from data to create clear and actionable reports for our clients.
• Building Dashboards: Designing intuitive dashboards that visualize key metrics and KPIs for easy client understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and manipulate large datasets from various marketing sources (GA4, Uberall, internal tools, etc.) using advanced spreadsheet techniques, including formulas such as ARRAY, FILTER, INDEX-MATCH, and QUERY.
• Clean and organize messy data to ensure accuracy and consistency. This could involve tasks such as:
• Identifying and correcting data inconsistencies (e.g., typos, formatting errors)
• Standardizing data formats (e.g., dates, units)
• De-duplicating records
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using spreadsheet formulas and tools to visualize marketing data and trends.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring data integrity for reliable analysis.
• Conduct review and reputation management across various platforms for a portfolio of businesses.

Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Google Sheets.
• Ability to automate tasks and build efficient workflows using formulas and macros (Google App Script knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in GA4 setup and management is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with local SEO and online reputation management tools like Uberall is beneficial but optional.
• A strong grasp of marketing principles and analytics is desirable.
• Experience with data extraction and report generation would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive problem-solving approach and the flexibility to adapt to new challenges.

We will be paying at a rate of US$7 per hour.
