The Job

As a Service Network Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding Omnidian’s nationwide service delivery network. Your primary mission will be to recruit, qualify, and onboard top-tier Field Service Partners (FSPs) to ensure customers receive best-in-class service experiences. This position is key to expanding our reach and enhancing the performance of our services.
This role is a critical growth engine for Omnidian - bridging strategic sourcing, operational excellence, and partner relationship management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify coverage gaps, secure high-quality partners, and support scalable network expansion aligned with company goals.

What You'll Do

  • At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:
  • Service Network Development (70%)
  • Identify geographies that require additional service network support for residential portfolios.
  • Source, vet, and qualify prospective FSPs based on technical expertise, bandwidth, responsiveness, safety standards, and cultural fit.
  • Lead the end-to-end contracting and onboarding process - from initial outreach to signed FSA and training completion.
  • Provide data to validate FSP bandwidth, technical, safety, and training capacity
  • Service Network Performance (30%)
  • Assist as a conduit between Operations and Field Service Partners to ensure alignment and efficiency for high priority and batch project planning
  • Maintain a clear pipeline view of sourcing progress and forecast coverage needs.

Who You Are

  • You are an analytical problem solver who is comfortable working in a growth stage company that is fast paced and learning to scale.
  • You are self-motivated and are not afraid to act independently and make quick decisions to deliver an outstanding client and homeowner experience.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills to effectively convey information to team members and business leaders to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • You are highly responsive and organized, committed to no significant email backlogs and a 1 Business Day response time
  • You are proactive, results driven, and have exceptional attention to detail

Experience You’ll Need

  • 4+ years of professional experience in the solar energy industry, showcasing a history of leadership in account management, asset management, operations and maintenance, or field service coordination.
  • 2+ years of direct vendor/subcontractor management experience, including contracting and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with solar industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.

Experience That's a Plus

  • Ability to negotiate renewal contracts and enforce them
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Experience in residential solar
