Senior Software Engineer - Merchant Solutions

Join Olo as a Senior Software Engineer on the Merchant Solutions team, responsible for supporting card-present and card-not-present transaction flow, reconciliation and reporting, payouts, pricing plans, merchant account management, and more. This is a remote role with a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in the team's domain and technology stack
• Proactively address technical debt
• Take ownership of complex features and projects
• Lead code reviews and offer in-depth feedback to improve code quality
• Partner with Product and other stakeholders to refine requirements
• Focus on delivering reliable, maintainable software solutions
• Monitor and maintain services in production
• Participate in the architecture and design of distributed systems
• Take the initiative to improve the team's development processes and tooling
• Ensure consistency and quality in shared components and APIs
• Contribute actively to the team's knowledge base and promote a culture of continuous improvement
