The Role:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billings Officer to join our growing team at Ofload. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our clients, supporting the smooth operation of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently for services rendered to clients.
• Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing, including reconciling billing information with operational records.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of billing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare reports and analysis related to billing activities as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, XERO and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of billing practices and regulations in the logistics industry is a plus.
