Our mission at Ofload is to achieve zero waste in trucking by digitising the transport industry

In Australia, currently 30% of trucks drive empty and a further 50% are under utilised amounting to mass efficiency and detrimental environmental impacts. About the Role

This is a remote position which opens to candidates based in Philippines, covering the late hours for the Australian Customer Service Team.The role is responsible for the shift starts 5am-1pm (Australia Timezone ) = 3am-11am (Philippines timezone, until 7th April then 2am to 10am)

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing customers
  • Support the Operations team at Ofload in the daily business
  • Handling inbound queries via phone, email, live chat and social media
  • Proactively contacting our carriers to confirm delivery status and obtaining necessary paperwork
  • Listening and engaging with customers directly, to understand their needs, continually providing updates with a customer first approach
  • Ensuring all communication is accurate and of a high standard.
  • Record and modify customer information on our database
  • Verifying proof of deliveries to ensure they meet specific requirements and communicating to carriers in circumstances where they need to be rejected
  • Data entry, ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • A driven and flexible approach, embracing our values
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent English
  • Highly organised, self motivated with excellent attention to detail
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Proficient at using data software, including MS Excel
  • Demonstrate initiative, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment
  • We are growing and you will be someone who is comfortable with change in a fast paced environment.
