Salesforce Developer - Canada Remote position

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer - Canada Remote position to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Day to Day / Job Function

Provide escalation support to users on technical issues relating to our Salesforce and Omnistudio implementations.

Ensure effective and timely resolution of relevant service issues.

Manage complex user problems while delivering an excellent experience.

Dependable, motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Identify opportunities for structural improvements to our Salesforce and Omnistudio deployments, and assist in the implementation of these enhancements.

Support the development and help with the maintenance of our Salesforce and Omnistudio platform.

Manage/Monitor client support cases daily.

Ensure the maintenance (improvement) of critical documentation describing the relevant aspects of our Salesforce and Omni studio.

Actively communicate and always ensure key users/ other stakeholders are appropriately and systematically updated on relevant changes or issues.

Help prepare and deliver Salesforce support technical training to other team members.

Document RCA on each case.

Provide full day support on over weekend.

Provide on call support (outside office hours and weekends) in case of critical incidents.

Assist clients in optimizing their use of the application platform via workflow guidance or by identifying automation, proactive monitoring, and integration opportunities.

Required Qualifications

4+ years previous experience with Salesforce its technologies

Apex code and LWC experience

Vlocity/Omni studio experience

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong work ethic

Analytical

Attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and escalate issues when needed.

Support experience.

Dedicated to continuous improvement.

Insurance Domain Knowledge is a plus.

Salesforce Admin/Dev/Omni studio certifications.

Degree or equivalent relevant experience
