We are currently seeking a Oracle EBS Zuora Revenue Advisor - REMOTE or HYBRID to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• The Zuora Business Systems Analyst functions as the primary point of contact between business users and the development team. The BSA works with the stakeholders to identify solutions to business problems. He should analyze business processes and user needs to create system requirements for the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders to comprehensively capture and document business needs, forming the foundation for procedural enhancements designed to transform and integrate data which reflect accurate Billing and Revenue reporting within Zuora and additional relevant business applications.
  • Play a vital role in cross-functional initiatives and projects within the Order to Cash domain, encompassing activities such as system implementations, operational refinements, and the seamless introduction of new products.
• Troubleshooting of system and integration errors
  • Complex configuration including building and maintaining user roles, workflows, process forms, and reports, maintaining master data, and other similar tasks.
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative by identifying potential areas for enhancement and proposing projects aimed at optimizing business operations, whenever applicable.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years leading end to end Order To Cash projects. Expertise in Revenue Recognition domain with good knowledge of both processes and systems

5+ years of partnering with Finance Organizations.

2 + years experience with Zuora Revenue is preferred but can consider RMCS or any other Revenue Management Systems

2+ years of Oracle EBS Fin support or implementation

• Good understanding of solution architecture

• Excellent influencing skills

• Ability to learn quickly in a multifaceted environment.
• Strong spoken and written communication and receptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences across the globe.
  • Solid understanding of Quote to Cash processes and controls
  • Business Relationship skills are a must. Business analysis and requirement gathering skills to be able to understand user needs and articulate them as system requirements for engineering teams.

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, IT or experience in Order to Cash operations.

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Certification in Zuora Revenue is good to have.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $104,558 – 242,031. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
