We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Architecture Advisor to join our team in Pune Remote, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft 365, to guide and develop our service offerings.
• Engage with different levels of stakeholders within client organizations, from frontline workers to C-level executives, delivering both technical insights and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively promote managed services, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
• Lead advisory engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives, and driving continuous service improvement.
• Design and execute strategies for service adoption and optimization, facilitating seamless integration and maximizing client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience in selling and marketing technical solutions, with a keen understanding of growth levers in a managed services environment.
• Ability to navigate complex business environments and provide consultative support in a clear and effective manner.
