We are currently seeking a Oracle OIC Funcitional Specialist - REMOTE to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Strong technology capabilities covering OIC, DBCS & DB.
• Design integration solutions using OIC, Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, DBCS and OCI PaaS components.
• Develop business integrations in OIC and prepare comprehensive documentation.
• Architect solutions and develop the integrations & orchestrations.
• Prepare the technical design documentation, assist with any data mapping, error handling, perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues and assist with appropriate resolutions.
• Enhance, Support and troubleshoot application developed in VBCS.
• Works with internal staff, 3rd party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
• Monitors and communicates system performance metrics and works with internal staff and 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues.
• Provide technical leadership to PMO/ EA Leads including building migration plans, coordinating technical tasks with other teams, measuring, and tracking progress, managing key risks & issues, and reporting out status.
• Manage and monitor OIC integration services, resolve integration failures service and control notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
• Manage corporate Single Sign On accounts, Oracle IDCS and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to coordinate and complete any system and/or data administration tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience leading Oracle iPaaS development.
• 4+ years ​​​​​hands on experience on OIC and FUSION ERP WebServcies.
• 4+ years of experience in leading and implementing integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other on-prem and cloud applications.
• 10+ years of overall IT Lead experience with relevant experience in design and development of Integrations for ERP Business Applications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with API’s, REST/SOAP based web services available in Oracle cloud ERP
• Experience with migration, test plans, test cases , test scripts and QA processes.

• Strong understanding of interface mechanisms in and out of Oracle Cloud including Web Services and File Based Data Import and Export (FBDI).
• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed.
• Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle’s Integration Cloud (OIC), cloud adaptor and connectors
• Experience with Oracle PaaS (OIC, DbaaS, VBCs), OTBI, BI Publisher
