Romania onlyWe are looking for a Python Developer with German to work on a product that enhances quality processes and IT systems for internal manufacturing within a major automotive client. The role involves developing software solutions that support production control systems for various components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java; experience with C++ is a plus
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, Node.js
- Familiarity with Quarkus, Payara is a plus
- Familiarity with embedded systems and automation technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and container orchestration using Kubernetes
- Solid background in SQL and database management using Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Liquibase
- Experience with REST and SOAP Webservices
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices using GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD and Terraform
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka and communication protocols such as MQTT and HTTP
- Understanding of architectural setups and performance tuning in Java, SQL and databases
- Proficient in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, structured, and organized with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while seeking support when needed
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German
