United States onlyTHRIVE Downtown Attleboro is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to amplify and nurture the creative economy and cultural life of downtown Attleboro. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively, lead teams, and operate independently while utilizing strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional leadership experience in nonprofit district management, real estate, community or economic development, or related fields.
- Successful experience in fundraising and ideally within the community development arena.
- Substantive administrative and contract management experience.
- Proven track record in grant writing, grant administration, and financial management.
- Expertise in developing benchmarks and metrics to track and report progress.
- Knowledge of the City of Attleboro and the southeastern Massachusetts region.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a car at all times.
