We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in the recruitment process for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting job ads, pre-screening candidates, and collaborating with other recruiters.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience
- Responsible for coverage on all assigned accounts and requisitions
- Provide assistance to Account Manager, Sr. TAS
- Ensure all recruitment checklists are thoroughly followed
- Post on Job Portals and NLS-RMS
- Pre-screening assessment within first 10 minutes
- Search Hotlist/Ex/Current Consultants for leads or information
- Collaborate with other recruiters or escalate with AM for any exceptions
- Re-assign RED reqs
- Secure all required details/agreements/files
- Prepare Recruiter Submission comment / skill summary
- Upload all files online (Novalink RMS-ZOHO)
- Perform Final Quality Check before submission
- Email AM / Recruitment Coordinator
- Update on Daily Reports
- Be on-time and submit quality work on Daily Meetings, Daily and Weekly Updates,......
- Always build relationship with clients and candidates
