We are seeking a Lead Developer (Amazon Connect) to design and deliver cloud-based contact center applications leveraging AWS and Amazon Connect.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total IT experience with a strong development background.
- 3+ years of experience working on Amazon Connect implementations.
- Expertise in AWS Cloud ecosystem (Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway).
- Strong understanding of telephony concepts, call routing, and SIP protocols.
- Experience integrating contact center systems with CRM or ERP solutions.
