QA Engineer

The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the digital products we build. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to test and validate websites, applications, and interactive experiences before they launch.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple devices and browsers.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing on websites, web apps, and campaign experiences.
• Identify, document, and track bugs in Notion, ensuring clear communication with the team.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-platform consistency of all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the team to improve QA processes, automation, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in QA/testing for digital products.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion or other test management/documentation systems.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.
• Experience with manual and automated testing approaches.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing interactive or creative campaign work.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
