Requirements
- +5 years of building and leading full-stack projects that live in production
- Solid experience designing modern architectures (monolithic modules, microservices, or hybrids)
- Mastery of at least one complete stack (e.g., Node + React / Python + React or similar)
- Experience implementing generative AI or machine learning models in production
- Security and DevOps as part of the system design, not as a patch
- Experience collaborating closely with product teams under agile methodologies
- Experience applying AI in products in production
- Experience strategically collaborating with product teams
