We are looking for a full-time mid-level Instructional Designer to create on-demand technical training for Netwrix products and solutions and work as part of a talented global team. This Instructional Designer should have proven experience with technologies and be a true user advocate.
Requirements
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Works as part of a Technical Training team and follows department guidelines and standards
- Participates in both updating existing training content for product releases and creating new content
- Work with subject matter experts to design online courses with minimal supervision
- Course authoring within Articulate 360 and publishing in Litmos LMS
• Edit video recordings and other media
• Manage related tasks in Azure DevOps
- Arrange interviews with SMEs, attends virtual meetings with colleagues globally

- Experience working as a technical trainer for a software/technology company

- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze, understand, and advocate for the needs and expectations of the target audiences
- Ability to collect information from various sources and organize content in a structured, coherent manner beneficial to the learner
- Ability to translate complicated technical concepts into user-friendly training experiences
- A team player and self-motivated quick learner, ready to explore new technologies
Technical and Technical Training Skills
• Understanding of software concepts
- Strong working knowledge of training development
- Experience gathering information from subject matter experts
Application Skills
- Authoring tool (specifically Articulate 360)
- Screen capture tools (such as Techsmith Snagit)
- Video recording and editing tools (such as Techsmith Camtasia)
- Microsoft® O365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, and Word)
