Our job is to take ambiguous business problems, simplify them into tangible work streams, and build strategic alignment across organizations to make meaningful impact on the business problem.

The Role

You will join a group of product managers, engineers, and cross-functional operations teams to deliver impactful technical initiatives across both large organizations that provide company-wide support and smaller teams with similar support tasks.

The ideal candidate is skilled at both program strategy and execution with a passion for delivering a strong employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead multiple cross-functional programs, in collaboration with product, engineering, design, and operations, that deliver impactful technical solutions.

  • Provide deep domain expertise to form technical strategies with engineers, identify gaps in solutions, debate technical approaches and weigh-in on product vs technology tradeoffs.

  • Simplify ambiguous problems into tangible work streams and drive strategic alignment across organizations to deliver impact.

  • Drive engagement with cross-functional partners to ensure technical solutions will meet the business needs of a large group of partners and lead to successful utilization and outcomes.

  • Own regular communication to senior Netflix management, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience

  • Must have operations & support domain experience(IT, HR, etc) with deep understanding of developing strong technology experiences for both employees and support agents.

  • Proven experience driving large-scale software projects, managing the definition of technical strategies, and building long-term scalable solutions

  • Highly skilled, experienced, and enjoys orchestrating multiple programs with many moving parts and creating partnerships with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience

  • Self-starter who enjoys tackling 0 to 1 problem spaces and quickly making meaningful progress on business problems

Time Away

Our vacation policy is “take vacation” and we actually do. Frankly, we intermix work and personal time quite a bit. Time away works differently at Netflix.

Paid parental leave

We recognize that one of the most special events in an individual's life is the birth or adoption of a child. Our parental leave policy is: "take care of your baby and yourself." New parents generally take 4 - 8 months.

Work, Not Drive

When it comes to your work schedule, commuting doesn’t always sync up and rush hour can be stressful. Work, not drive partners with a rideshare service that provides you the flexibility and focus on work while you commute.
