Netflix is seeking a visionary Manager to spearhead innovative efforts and drive impactful solutions through strategic leadership and technical expertise. The Manager will lead a team shaping the future of media and marketing at Netflix, developing cutting-edge tools and processes that utilize Computer Vision and Machine Learning for high-quality, scalable asset creation.

Requirements

  • PhD or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
  • At least 8 years of industry experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience demonstrating expertise and leadership capabilities
  • Publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) (bonus point)
  • Experience and expertise in working with multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs) (bonus point)

Benefits

  • Annual salary with no bonuses
  • Choose how much of compensation to receive in salary versus stock options
  • Competitive compensation in the market range of $360,000 - $920,000
