Netflix is seeking a Human Data Operations Manager to drive growth in a new business unit focused on evaluating and training AI models. This role involves defining and operationalizing evaluation frameworks, leading the execution of AI evaluation efforts, and building a shared language around quality. The manager will work closely with research, product, UX, and engineering teams to ensure rigorous human evaluation and effective delivery.

Requirements

4+ years of experience leading human evaluations or structured QA frameworks
Strong understanding of evaluation design
Experience running complex cross-functional projects
Proven ability to work across disciplines and align stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
