Art Director, Internal Game Studio (ISX2)

Netflix is seeking a creative and highly-skilled Art Director to lead the artistic vision of a new, unpublished game. The Art Director will collaborate with a team to define the look of the game and produce art across all aspects, ensuring a consistent high-quality artistic output. This role emphasizes passion, attention to detail, and a fun, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Collaborating closely with the team to contribute to and uphold the creative vision of the game
• Defining the look of the project and elevating other artists' work
• Establishing style guides and specs
• Managing relationships of external art contractors
• Creating inspirational concept pieces
• Crafting detailed and easily-interpretable concepts
• Conceptualizing in-game ideas quickly
• Working with game designers to understand and fulfill gameplay needs
• Collaborating with teammates, providing and receiving feedback
• Working with game designers on prototyping and pre-production exploration
