Our team supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (EMEAI) territories for Neogen Corporation, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 2,000 people worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to e-mail and telephone queries in a timely manner.
• Liaising with other internal departments to ensure seamless process for onboarding new customers, shipping samples, meeting agreed turnaround time, delivery of results and invoicing.
• Inputting orders for testing and kit delivery.
• Handling customer complaints in a timely manner.

About you:

• Experienced in providing excellent customer support in a busy and dynamic environment.
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office systems.
• Have an understanding of either genomics or agriculture would be beneficial.
• Efficient at organizing daily workload.
