SMM Designer

Neo Group is currently seeking a talented and creative SMM Designer to join our marketing team. As an SMM (Social Media Marketing) Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for our social media channels. Your designs will help drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching and impactful designs for social media posts, ads, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the social media team to understand campaign objectives and target audience to create designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our designs are innovative and engaging.
• Assist in the creation and management of social media content calendars to ensure timely and relevant postings.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for each social media platform and adhere to the platform's specifications and guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align design strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing social media designs.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of current social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate original design concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating animated content and video editing skills are a plus.
