SMM Manager (Turkish speaking)

Neo Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engage with our online community. You will manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor trends, and analyze performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, has a deep understanding of social media platforms, and is passionate about building a strong online presence for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content plan that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy.
• Manage regular postings on various social networks to engage with the audience and promote brand visibility.
• Organize and execute competitions and giveaways on social media platforms to increase engagement and follower growth.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive content strategy and to enhance the overall quality of material produced.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Proficiency in English with a minimum level of B2 required
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Photoshop
• Background in the gambling industry or a strong interest in football
