The Coordinator, Service Request ensures efforts are in alignment with the ITCO Division to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions, and services to simplify people's lives. The Coordinator, Service Request position is responsible for maintaining and supporting several key operational Kanban boards while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality and attention to detail. This role will interface with several IT Client Operations team members primarily through an electronic forum.

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Ensure efforts delight the customer.
  • Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Creation of request work cards.
  • Placement of the request work cards on the Kanban board to visualize the units to be worked.
  • Movement of the work cards on the Kanban board.
  • Potential involvement in daily meetings (huddles). Ability to report production numbers by Kanban board.
  • Involved in monthly retrospective meeting as deemed necessary. Participates in process improvements as needed.

What our team expects from you?

  • An associate degree, or equivalent experience.
  • PBM or managed care is preferred, but not required.
  • Process Improvement background is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
