This role is an integral part of the Commercial Operations and larger Commercial teams, providing key leaders with timely, relevant, and accurate analysis and insights to make decisions that accelerate our growth. This individual will help shape the growth of our business and will have a front-row seat to Virta’s growth and path to 100 million.
Responsibilities
Drives regular reporting on operational metrics and OKR performance.
Supports cross-functional forecasting and planning processes.
Partners with key stakeholders throughout the Commercial Team to create operational visibility and support key meetings and decision-making.
Leads key cross-functional initiatives (with support from manager) across the Commercial Team.
Continuously develops and innovates around both standard and ad-hoc reporting to the company’s key stakeholders.
Prepares materials to support Board, Executive Team, and other critical meetings.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in commercial processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
Understand the Commercial Team’s structure, people, teams, and connection points.
Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Review and take ownership of regular operational and OKR performance reporting.
Identify an internal process or system to improve to help drive greater efficiency for the Commercial Team
Must-Haves
2-5 years at a leading management consulting firm, investment bank, or internal strategy team
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, G Suite, BI tools, and Salesforce
Strong communication skills and proven ability to convey critical insights to both peers and leaders through both written and verbal communication
Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with other teams
Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities without sacrificing attention to detail
Comfort with ambiguity and working with imperfect data

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
