Requirements
- Strong data manipulation skills, especially using SQL
- Business acumen and solid understanding of P&C insurance KPIs
- Advanced proficiency in Excel – comfort with pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Quantitative skills – ability to build projections / perform calculations using queried data, turning raw data into meaningful business tools
- Communication & Consultation skills – ability to work with business partners, understand their needs, and identify opportunities
