Supply Chain Analyst

In this role you will blend analytical expertise with operational excellence, managing end-to-end supply chain processes while delivering data-driven insights that optimize procurement and supplier relationships.

Every day you will balance strategic analysis with hands-on supply chain operations, from managing RFPs and contract life cycles to developing performance metrics that drive continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role you must combine strong analytical capabilities with practical semiconductor supply chain operations experience, demonstrating expertise in both data-driven analysis and day-to-day procurement processes.

This Supply Chain Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to impact both operational excellence and data driven decision-making. The position combines hands-on supply chain management with analytical insight, supporting Natcast's mission while ensuring efficient and effective procurement operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, administer, and analyze category RFPs

  • Develop and maintain supply chain analytics dashboards and KPI tracking

  • Manage supplier contracts life cycle and ensure accurate data representation

  • Coordinate with accounts payable for vendor invoice reconciliation

  • Analyze material and operations supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities

  • Create and monitor supplier performance metrics

  • Support inventory management and demand planning initiatives

  • Generate regular reports on key supply chain metrics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of semiconductor supply chain operations and analytics experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools

  • Experience managing RFPs and

  • Contract management experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Understanding of procurement best practices and processes

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Semiconductor industry experience

  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms

  • Knowledge of supply chain analytics tools

  • Familiarity with contract management systems
