Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Role: Sr. Manager, Member Engagement

Location: Remote to start, with the potential for headquarters and satellite offices in the future

In this role, you will drive the growth and engagement of our consortium, forging powerful connections across the semiconductor ecosystem.

Every day, you will collaborate with industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers to expand our reach and demonstrate the value of our groundbreaking initiatives.

Natcast is a new non-profit consortium created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) established by the CHIPS Act. We are bringing together industry, academia, and government to solve the most pressing challenges facing semiconductor research, development, and workforce training. Our efforts will re-establish American leadership in semiconductor technology and secure critical supply chains.

As our Sr. Manager of Member Engagement, you will be responsible for attracting new members, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring our consortium delivers unparalleled value to all stakeholders. With your deep industry knowledge and marketing expertise, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Salesforce as our CRM platform

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to expand our user base

  • Represent Natcast at industry events, conferences, and meetings

  • Field inbound inquiries and articulate our value proposition to prospective members

  • Regularly communicate with existing members, providing updates on events, press releases, and research opportunities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding

  • Plan, organize, and host virtual and in-person events to engage our community

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong understanding of the United States semiconductor industry

  • Extensive network and relationships within the semiconductor ecosystem

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation systems

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Experience planning and executing successful events, both virtual and in-person

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
