Director of IT, Enterprise Applications
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing management of Natcast's mission-critical enterprise applications and systems, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications to ensure they align with business objectives, comply with regulatory requirements, and deliver maximum value to the organization.
Every day, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize application requirements, establish and maintain enterprise application roadmaps, and oversee the implementation, integration, and deployment of enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to IT industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.
To thrive in this role, you must have proven leadership experience in managing enterprise applications, large-scale complex IT projects, extensive knowledge of enterprise application architectures, integration frameworks, and software development methodologies. You are an excellent communicator, have extensive experience of collaborating with business leaders, and managing stakeholders.

The Director of IT, Enterprise Applications plays a critical role in ensuring that Natcast's enterprise applications and systems effectively support the organization's mission and objectives. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of a mission-driven organization at the forefront of semiconductor innovation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise application strategy, overseeing the full lifecycle of applications from requirements gathering to deployment, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement enterprise applications and upgrades, leveraging deep understanding of technology ecosystems, integration capabilities, and industry standards to make agnostic decisions that optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of enterprise applications, including Microsoft Office suite, by optimizing APIs, webhooks, and data flows to create a cohesive and efficient technology landscape.
Establish robust governance processes, disaster recovery plans, and performance monitoring systems to maintain the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and the broader Natcast IT environment.
Provide strategic IT leadership to the organization, managing resources, fostering innovation, and promoting knowledge-sharing while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to drive organizational success.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven leadership experience in managing enterprise application teams and large-scale, complex IT projects
Extensive knowledge of enterprise application architectures, integration frameworks, and software development methodologies
Strong understanding of best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements related to information technology
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Solid project management, risk management, and change management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in enterprise applications and software development
