Job Description
As a Jira Automation Workflow Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Media Supply Chain Operations team. You will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining Jira automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Jira automation workflows to support the triage and escalation of content issues reported by our partners.
- Collaborate with operations, technical teams, and business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into effective Jira automations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Jira workflows, ensuring they adapt to evolving business needs.
- Train and support team members on utilizing Jira tools effectively, aiming to optimize operations and reduce manual efforts.
- Monitor workflow performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Document all Jira processes and configurations, maintaining clear records and guidelines for audit and training purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Jira administration, with a strong understanding of Jira's automation capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex workflows and datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to implementing best practices in workflow management.
- Having knowledge of Salesforce workflow will be an advantage. If Salesforce workflow knowledge is not there, person should be willing to learn.
- 2 to 3 years of experience with Jira.
- Experience with Jira Administration, Jira, Jira Service Desk Administration, and Client Interaction.
