Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany

• As part of the finance accounting team, you are responsible for posting and booking incoming invoices, travel expense reports, and credit card statements.
• Coordinating approvals for accounts payable invoices also falls within your responsibilities.
• You can apply your passion for accuracy in checking master data in the area of creditors and other administrative tasks.
• Last but not least, you will be booking and verifying various business transactions.

• Als Teil des Teams der Finanzbuchhaltung bist du für das Kontieren und Buchen von Eingangsrechnungen, Reisekostenabrechnungen und Kreditkartenabrechnungen verantwortlich.
• Die Koordination der Freigaben für Kreditorenrechnungen fällt ebenso in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
• Deine Leidenschaft für Genauigkeit kannst du in der Stammdatenprüfung im Bereich Kreditoren und in weiteren administrativen Aufgaben einbringen.
• Nicht zuletzt buchst und prüfst du die verschiedenen Geschäftsvorfälle.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have some initial professional experience in accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable).
• Your precise and reliable work style, along with a high degree of responsibility and quality awareness, set you apart.
• You speak German fluently (level C1 or higher) and can communicate well in English.

• Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen (Debitoren- & Kreditorenbuchhaltung) mit.
• Deine genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
• Du sprichst Deutsch fließend und kannst in Englisch gut kommunizieren.
