Backend Engineer (Data-Heavy)

We're seeking a seasoned Backend Data-Heavy Engineer with a strong .NET stack foundation and a deep passion for data. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems that efficiently handle massive volumes of data. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using primarily .NET technologies.
• Data Management: Work with massive datasets, implementing efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing mechanisms.
• Database Design and Optimization: Structure and optimize our extensive SQL Server database for optimal performance and scalability. Design efficient data models, indexes, and query execution plans to handle large data structures effectively.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize backend systems and database queries for speed, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring seamless data handling under heavy loads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to data management, backend systems, and performance bottlenecks at both the application and database levels.
• Technology Exploration: Stay updated with the latest data-related technologies and evaluate their potential for improving our systems.
• Business Alignment: Actively engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into technical solutions that leverage data insights.
