WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Uses models to design and develop new or enhanced business technologies, evaluates options, and performs trade-off analyses. Acts as an individual contributor, lead, teacher or mentor.
- Creates, reuses, and experiments with designs and design artifacts. Applies software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations, focusing on automation and self-healing.
- Actively follows the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices while experimenting with emerging technologies to anticipate future impacts.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, testing, and integration of applications and systems that support business operations.
- Participates in designing new solutions aligned with Target Architecture principles, focusing on customer experience and product mindset. Develops custom components, triggers, and pages using APEX, Aura, LWC, and guided flows.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud and experience with email to case logic.
Experience designing and executing custom solutions leveraging the SFDC toolset utilizing best practices.
Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing quality of systems and data through effective design, maintenance and security in Salesforce.com instances.
Salesforce integration experience with other systems through APIs.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience implementing and maintaining a Salesforce CRM application.
- Working knowledge of APIs and system-to-system integrations, experience developing and maintaining MuleSoft APIs.
