WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary:
- Business Program Consultant: $74,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Senior Business Program Consultant: $84,500 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop systems to surface, document, and share experimentation insights for broad organizational impact.
- Design and activate networks for peer learning, using diverse communication methods and media.
- Craft and execute multi-channel communication strategies to ensure key messages reach all stakeholders.
- Lead change management efforts, securing buy-in and fostering adoption of new practices.
- Partner with senior leaders to align messaging, engagement strategies, and business priorities.
- Proactively identify and address barriers to adoption, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Track and analyze change adoption metrics, gathering feedback to improve change strategies and ensure business objectives are met.
- Act as a change advocate, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proven experience in organizational change, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in leveraging modern media and communication tools to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- A collaborative, execution-focused mindset with a passion for driving learning and transformation.
- Ability to influence at all levels, fostering alignment and momentum for key initiatives.
