In 2015, Ashley Thompson was working on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs as a day trader when she noticed something missing in her own life: a convenient, healthy breakfast option that didn't require sacrifice. After leaving her finance career, she partnered with co-founder Katherine Thomas to launch MUSH, starting with weekend farmers markets in San Diego with a simple but powerful vision - to make healthy eating truly effortless for busy people.

What began as a small operation selling overnight oats from a table has transformed into a nationally recognized brand now available in over 12,000 retail locations across the United States, including major retailers like Whole Foods, Costco, Target, Publix, Sprouts, Kroger, and Wegmans. MUSH's product line has expanded from their signature overnight oats to include high-protein oats and protein bars, all maintaining their founding commitment to clean, simple ingredients with no added sugar, no refined sugars, and absolutely no artificial fillers.

Today, MUSH continues to redefine breakfast by proving that convenient food doesn't have to compromise on nutrition.
