Humm Kombucha LLC

Humm Kombucha began as a conversation at a kitchen table in Bend, Oregon. In 2008, founders Michelle and Jamie were chatting, laughing, and drinking Michelle’s homebrewed kombucha, a recipe she had learned from her mother-in-law. The homebrew was unbelievably delicious, filled with probiotics and vitamin B12, making them feel exuberant. As they brewed in Michelle's kitchen, the company Kombucha Mama was born, delivering glass jars door-to-door in a Toyota Prius. The overwhelming demand led them to move into a larger brewing facility and hire dedicated staff.

The name 'Humm' came later as they searched for a more universal and inclusive brand identity. Their focus is on taste, believing that healthy beverages don't have to taste like it; they strive to make their kombucha enjoyable and available everywhere. Humm Kombucha contains 2 billion probiotics per can, emphasizing delicious flavors while keeping sugar content low across a variety of absurdly tasty options, including Whole30 Approved and zero-sugar varieties.
