Requirements
- Processing of incoming service requests and incidents based on SLA via e-mail.
- Creation of ad hoc-reports
- Distribution of tickets inside the Service Desk team
- Backlog management (e.g. long-runner tickets).
- Escalation handling
- Event monitoring task in a 24/7 supporting team.
- Creation, coordination of IT Onboarding/Offboarding tickets
- Ensure necessary technical and process related trainings for new joiners.
- Administration of hardware assets
- Create, update and close tickets in the service management system, maintaining accurate documentation of all support interactions
- Creation of SOPs
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT knowledge base by documenting resolutions, frequently asked questions and troubleshooting guides
- Handling basic L1 SAP tasks
- Ad-hock administrative duties.
What qualifications you should have:
- Completed training as an IT specialist or professional experience
- High service and customer orientation
- Good language skills in German and English
- Good knowledge of current PC architectures and hardware technologies
- Quality and solution-oriented way of working
- Capable of working in a team, strong communication skills, resilient
