Job Description

- Ensures successful delivery against SLA’s.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high communication standards.
- Help assist with resolutions and guidance around support.
- Enhance and maintain the excellent support standards.
- Become an additional resource in supporting key customers.
- Help enhance and drive the support knowledge base.
- Assist with closure and housekeeping with support tickets.
- Help maintain and enhance documentation.
- Provide additional backup cover for support shifts.
- Be the gatekeeper for hypercare/ go live hand over to support.
- Engage with new customers regarding the status page and subscriptions

Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- People Management: Collaboratively works together with all involved parties
- Methodological expertise: EDI or E-INVOICE experience along with key customer service principles
- Subject-matter expertise: Strong service desk and support process knowledge with troubleshooting mindset
- Other skills: Fluent in English and German, good communication skills both written and oral. French or other languages a bonus.
- Other skills: organised individual with strong interest in using AI in the workplace
