Engineering Manager, Applied AI

They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team focused on building AI agents that automate physical operations, including video, telematics, and logistical processes. This role involves designing, deploying, and scaling AI agents within physical and real-time environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong product intuition and AI/ML experience.
• Solid understanding of the AI product stack (frontier models preferred).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
