MoeGo is hiring an Inside Account Executive to lead outbound sales efforts, build a pipeline, and close deals with large single-location operators and multi-unit groups in the pet care industry.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in SaaS sales (closing role required)
  • Proven success in outbound / self-sourced pipeline
  • Experience running full sales cycle (discovery → close)
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Comfortable selling into SMB + mid-market accounts

As a busy dog dad, Ethan found scheduling grooming appointments for his pet to be a cumbersome and inefficient process. These insights solidified Ethan's resolve to create a solution that would genuinely serve the needs of pet care professionals.

Launched in late 2019, MoeGo was envisioned to reshape the technology infrastructure of the burgeoning pet economy. The team, largely composed of pet owners themselves, empathized deeply with the challenges faced by their customers. This empathy translated into a commitment to building high-quality software and providing exceptional customer support, treating their clients as integral parts of the MoeGo team. They actively sought feedback, even creating a Facebook community led by their Chief Customer Success Officer, MoeGo Lily, to foster direct communication and gather insights. This dedication to understanding and addressing the real-world needs of pet businesses, from individual groomers to multi-location franchises, has been a cornerstone of MoeGo's philosophy.
