About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Director / Brand Manager to develop and execute a growth strategy for Lifebook by Mindvalley (LBM).
As the LBM Executive Director, you’ll be responsible for aligning all stakeholders on the big picture vision as well as day-to-day operations, team management and execution of the vision.
You’ll work closely with various teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand value, brand awareness and revenue. You will also be tasked with developing budgets, managing PL, assessing KPIs and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing the execution of business growth strategies across all areas: marketing sales, product development, tech platform development, branding etc
- Developing short and long term business vision and goals (OKRs) and ensuring full alignment of all stakeholders
- Ensuring clear communication flow between all involved stakeholders: founders, executive team, cross-functional teams and contractors
- Overseeing all day-to-day business operations, creating systems, processes and DNA’s
- Managing the PL, financial planning, forecasting, tracking and reporting
- Developing data driven marketing strategies to reach new target markets, increase brand awareness and sales. Working closely with the marketing team on execution.
- Overseeing development of all creative brand assets including: ads, social media content, products visuals etc to ensure brand alignment and target market fit
- Representing Lifebook inside the Mindvalley ecosystem and collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, tech etc.
- Overseeing development of new Lifebook programs and products, including development of tech platform that supports business growth
- Maintaining a close collaborative relationship with existing company partners and building new strategic alliances and partnerships with other organizations
Requirements
- Proven Brand Manager / Director experience
- Proven digital marketing experience and ability to develop successful data-driven marketing campaigns
- Ability to develop brand and marketing growth strategies and communicate recommendations to all stakeholders
- Good understanding of marketing psychology and strategies
- Outstanding stakeholder / team management, project management skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create detailed creative briefs for copywriters, designers etc (basic copywriting and design skills required)
- Collaborative, creative and out of the box thinker who can solve problems
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and goals
- Highly organized with ability to work in fast paced environment or under pressure
