TechLead (AWS - Connect)
Overview
We are looking for a Tech Lead / Software Architect with deep expertise across AWS, DevOps, and software development, capable of leading end-to-end architecture decisions for complex cloud-based solutions.
This role combines technical leadership, architecture design, and business alignment, with a strong focus on contact center solutions using AWS Connect. The ideal candidate understands not only infrastructure and deployment, but also application design, data flows, and business impact.
You will act as the technical authority for projects, guiding teams, making high-level decisions, and ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design of cloud-based solutions on AWS
- Define technical standards, architecture patterns, and best practices
- Design and oversee data pipelines, integrations, and system interactions
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Provide technical leadership to development and DevOps teams
- Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Design and optimize AWS Connect-based contact center solutions
- Oversee CI/CD strategies, infrastructure as code (CloudFormation), and deployments
- Ensure systems meet scalability, security, performance, and reliability standards
- Participate in business reviews and solutioning, translating business needs into technical designs
- Review and approve architecture, code quality, and final deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as Tech Lead, Software Architect, or Solution Architect
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS (architecture + implementation)
- AWS Certifications required(Associate or Professional level)
- Strong understanding of AWS Connect (or proven ability to ramp up quickly)
- Experience across DevOps + Development + Architecture (full-stack thinking)
- Experience designing distributed systems and integrations
- Strong experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions (or similar), and IaC (CloudFormation)
- Experience with containers (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines and system data flows
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in contact center industry
- Multi-cloud exposure (GCP, Azure)
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Node.js, etc.)
- Experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles
- Advanced English
