We are looking for a Sr/Lead Odoo (Python) Engineer to lead the implementation and customization of the Odoo platform, supporting internal infrastructure and integrations with other company services. This is a key role within the project, involving solution design, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Odoo experience in complex environments, a solid backend background in Python, proven leadership in development teams, and the drive to advance best practices.

Required Technical Experience

Strong experience with Python, focused on backend development (5+ years)
Proven experience with Odoo (3+ years)
Hands-on experience implementing and customizing the Odoo platform
Experience integrating Odoo with external systems and services
Strong experience designing scalable solutions and leading development teams
Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality, standards, and proper documentation
Experience with unit testing and participation in QA processes
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies

Nice to Have

Experience collaborating with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and Business Analysts
Strong documentation and communication practices
Experience working in distributed or remote teams
