Mimica is looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise to build and scale programs that fuel the company's pipeline. The successful candidate will design and run multi-channel demand programs, build lead nurture journeys, and partner with Sales to define ICPs and align on messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in demand generation or growth marketing for Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, attribution, experimentation, and ROI analysis
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
- Knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition (LinkedIn + Google), email nurtures, and conversion optimization
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Sales and Product Marketing
- Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced startup environment
