Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques independently to identify qualified physician candidates.
- Proactively source, screen, and recruit Anesthesiologist and CRNA candidates using self-generated leads, leads from the sourcing team, and the company database.
- Make placements against immediate-term open requisitions while nurturing long-term relationships with prospective candidates.
- Communicate contract and benefits details accurately and thoroughly to providers throughout the recruitment process to minimize contract terminations.
- Place qualified providers with current and new clients nationally by actively sourcing candidates and maintaining the database.
- Build and foster professional relationships with healthcare professionals, serving as a career counselor and placement advisor.
- Negotiate contract terms with providers, including offers, and resolve provider issues as needed.
- Works with legal, operations, and MSD directors regarding contract terms and negotiations.
- Utilize appropriate sales strategies based on candidate needs and conduct reference verifications.
- Maintain current curriculum vitae, contact information, interviews scheduled, referrals and follow-up information in database.
- Limited out of state travel to attend specialty conferences and job fairs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field. In lieu of degree, 10 years of experience will be considered.
- 5 years of full-cycle physician recruiting or provider sourcing experience.
- CPRP certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of anesthesiology roles, qualifications, certifications, and licensure requirements.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, databases, and other technology tools.
- Experience with contract negotiations with physician and provider candidates.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and fostering long-term partnerships with candidates.
