Role Summary
The PX Ops Specialist functions as the primary administrative and transactional support for the Milestone PX team and is responsible for delivering PX Operations results across multiple client accounts and locations around the world (3000+ employees and growing.) This is a Remote position and will require flexibility to work in US hours.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Workday HCM data and auditing transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness for:
o PX related data transactions pushed to Workday via ATS integration from Taleo and Bullhorn
o Any Data Changes performed in Workday (e.g. job details, location, organization assignment, compensation detail updates)
o Promotions and Internal Transfers
o Pay Changes
o Terminations
• Tracking New Hire Onboarding and ensure Workday tasks are completed on time. This will require direct communication via phone, text, or email with the candidate.
• Maintaining employee files in Workday
• Monitoring PX Ops Workday Inbox and complete action items in a timely manner, ensuring SLA compliance
• Reviewing position management approval requests for new positions and backfills and action them accordingly
• Generating documents for terminations, certificates of employment/verifications of employment, required labor notices for newly hired employees in CA and NY, and pay changes
• Creating Supervisory Organizations for new managers when needed
• Analyzing Workday transactions when errors occur, using all available resources to determine the cause and appropriate resolution
• Daily monitoring of our PX Ops Help Cases, responding to questions and completing requests in accordance with our SLA policy and escalating cases when necessary
• Creating, editing, and running Workday reports based on requests received from managers and other departments utilizing our vast library of Standard and Custom reports
• Providing assistance to our Compensation team in creating and maintaining Workday job profiles
• Assisting in Workday EIB uploads as needed
• Developing, updating, and/or maintaining PX Ops processes and procedures and actively participating in ongoing process improvements
• Administration and/or updating of PX programs
o Reviewing and approving/denying Education Reimbursement Requests based on eligibility rules
o Processing Spot Bonus awards via our 3rd party vendor
o Ordering New Hire Kits from our vendor
o Processing Service Anniversary Awards at the end of each month

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required
Required Skills:
• 3 to 5 years Workday HCM experience
- Strong Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Understanding of fundamental HR concepts and what drives the development of HR related company policies
• Working knowledge of Human Resource practices in India and the US with the desire and ability to learn other countries
• Strong organizational skills
