Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive visual system examinations and annotate findings to support AI model development.
• Diagnose and document a range of ocular injuries, diseases, and disorders, focusing on adult patient cases.
• Review AI outputs to ensure alignment with real-world clinical standards and provide expert feedback.
• Prescribe or recommend ophthalmic treatments and integrate therapeutic knowledge into AI training datasets.
• Develop and implement evidence-based clinical workflows for ophthalmologic AI applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams to enhance AI learning processes and accuracy.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and procedural documentation for AI projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology (excluding pediatric specialty).
• Proven experience performing comprehensive ocular examinations and managing postoperative care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
• Familiarity with diagnosing and treating injuries or diseases of the eye and related structures.
• Ability to interpret complex ophthalmologic data and convey insights to non-clinical teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality assurance, and patient-centric best practices.
• Proficient with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare AI model development, annotation, or validation projects.
• Background in developing or implementing ophthalmologic procedures and workflows.
• Advanced training or certifications in ocular pharmacology or related therapeutic areas.
