Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that meet demanding performance requirements.

2. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical specifications and impactful backend solutions.

3. Optimize backend systems for reliability, security, and efficiency, ensuring seamless user experiences.

4. Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to best engineering practices.

5. Participate actively in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing sessions with fellow engineers.

6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues in production environments, targeting root causes and continuous improvements.

7. Contribute to architecture discussions and decisions, bringing innovative ideas and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ Years Proven expertise in backend development using modern programming languages.

2. Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

3. Strong proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, along with data modeling principles.

4. Deep understanding of system security, authentication, and authorization best practices.

5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote expert team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with event-driven or server less architectures.

2. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

3. Background in mentoring or technical leadership within backend teams.
