As a Business Analyst for the Software Integration Services (SIS) team, you will use your strong knowledge of core integration to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Effectively facilitate communication between stakeholders (Developers, Trainers, Product, Vendors, Clients, Sales, Services)
- Scope project requirements, document risks as it relates to core integration requests
- Work with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve obstacles to core integration implementations
- Act as liaison between SIE and SIS for implementation of new core system integrations
- Maintain SIS documentation
- Manage core integration tracker files and identify and recommend changes to default mapping
- Assist in monitoring project progress, follow-up with stakeholders and provide relevant feedback
- Support the initiative to accelerate project delivery
